The Urges are a 60s retro sounding garage rock / garage punk hybrid band with psychedelic influences from Dublin Ireland. A primitive sound that will make any beatnik baby boomer flashback to the 60s 70s. 8 fantastic songs in a half hour music podcast. Free legal podsafe mp3 music downloads.

The Urges were previously on Little Stevens "Underground Garage" Wicked Cool record label, but are now on Mersol Music, an independent label from the bands home country of Ireland.

The Urges have toured with the likes of The Chesterfield Kings, The Hives, The Sonics, and The Alarm Clocks.

The Alcohol Helltones are a garage band from Victoria Texas that formed in 1996 and since has gone their separate ways. Playing that kinda drunk, sweaty, sometimes outta tune garage punk rock n roll music. They played what they wanted and did not conform to trends, even in the neo-elite underground garage/punk/trash/scene. (30 min.)

Garage Punk music podcast. Dead Canary, Troy Sinister, Magic City, The Mydols.... This was my 1st attempt at podcasting.  Getting used to the sound levels and overall editing of the songs. Learning fast. It will get better. I switched from Audacity to Reaper since and like it better. Onward through the fog.
